The True Purpose Behind Sound Baths: More Than Just Music

Sound baths are not about creating music; they are about harnessing frequencies to remove energetic blocks and restore balance. Just like a Reiki session, the intention behind a sound bath is to clear stagnant energy, release what no longer serves us, and open the pathways for healing, self-love, and abundance.

When we carry doubt, fear, or limiting beliefs, these energies manifest as blocks in our body and spirit. Sound baths use specific frequencies to break through these barriers, allowing us to realign and step into a state of higher vibration. This alignment isn’t just about monetary abundance—it’s about feeling whole, empowered, and connected to love in all its forms.

I’ll be honest—there are moments when I doubt my own path and abilities. It can feel isolating at times. But every time I hold space for another person and witness their transformation, it reaffirms why I do what I do. The feedback, the emotions released, and the deep sense of peace people experience remind me of the power of this work. That’s why I started hosting sound baths—not just to guide others through their healing but also to build a community where we all support and uplift each other.

I’m also expanding my practice. In March, I’ll be teaching Reiki Level 1 and 2 in Huntington Beach, opening the doors for others to learn how to facilitate healing themselves. Beyond that, I’m investing in further training to deepen my offerings. I’m currently drawn to Kundalini activation and somatic release techniques, and I have my eyes on three different trainings that will help me grow both personally and professionally.

Booking sessions, whether sound baths or Reiki, not only supports my ability to continue learning but also allows me to give back even more to those seeking healing. My goal is to create a space where everyone can release doubt, clear energetic blocks, and embrace their fullest potential. If you feel called to this work, I invite you to join me on this journey—because healing is not something we do alone; it’s something we rise into together.
